About Us

Cindy Dunham

Cindys-Business-PhotoI was a business owner for close to 30 years in the Scottsdale/Phoenix Valley with my family’s beverage distributorship.   I had been coming to Montana since 1987 with my husband who was from Billings/Red Lodge.  We retired and moved to Red Lodge permanently in the mid 90’s.  I missed the hustle bustle of the business world so I started selling real estate in 2009 with RE/MAX Premier Properties of Red Lodge.  I worked with RE/MAX of Billings for the past 8 years and it was a great fit that allowed me to work both the Billings and Red Lodge markets and surrounding areas. In 2018 I am excited and proud to say Lyle and I formed our current real estate brokerage company that I will be heading up, Dunham Real Estate Services. Having enjoyed building and selling our own personal homes throughout the years, real estate has been a natural career for me.  I truly love it and working with people.  My husband and I enjoy living in the Beartooth Mountains in the Luther area riding our horses, hiking with our two dogs and just taking in the beautiful scenery.

Lyle Dunham

Lyle-in-SUVProfessional Accomplishments

Lyle Dunham has more than forty years of extensive management and ownership experience in the corporate world. His start began as the youngest manager of discount stores in the country. For over ten years Lyle both managed and owned eleven stores throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. He acquired a pilot’s license during that time and flew from one location to another overseeing store operations.

In December 1976 Lyle purchased a wholesale beverage, beer and wine distributorship in Montana. One year later he purchased another distributorship and merged the two. In 1981 Lyle was instrumental in putting a referendum on the Montana ballot to put wine into private distribution allowing consumers to purchase wine in retail stores instead of State controlled stores only.

After a move to Scottsdale, Arizona he and his wife Cindy owned the Miller Beer Distributorship in the Phoenix Valley. During the next ten years Lyle also built and owned cable television systems throughout the Phoenix Valley.

In 1998 Lyle and Cindy sold their businesses and retired, living in Hawaii and Montana. It wasn’t long before Lyle realized there was too much he missed about his work in the corporate world and he acquired real estate licenses in Hawaii, Arizona and Montana. He began building on his past experiences and focused on very specific areas of the real estate market.

Marni Echols-Bell

Hello from beautiful Montana….

I became a full-time resident of Red Lodge in 2013. My family and I have spent a great deal of time in Montana over the years. Making many memories in our cabin on East Rosebud Lake and enjoying family in Billings.

I am originally from Muncie, Indiana but moved to Norman, Oklahoma where I finished High School and attended Nursing School at the University of Oklahoma. From there I spent the next 17 years stationed in several fantastic places that included Turkey, Germany, Texas, Ohio, Alabama, Georgia and became a bit of a Tennessee Vol fan while living in Knoxville. However, there is no other place like Montana!

I have worn many career hats and have been lucky to have had the opportunity to do so. The majority of my career has been spent in the medical field but also branched out as a restaurant owner for a few years. In 2006 while living in Georgia, I became a licensed Realtor and worked with Coldwell Banker SSK. My Rookie year was filled with a great deal of knowledge that helped me excel my first year as a Realtor. I feel as if I am now full circle and excited that Lyle and Cindy Dunham have brought me on board with Dunham Real Estate Services. This opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience these two have along with overwhelming success in the Real Estate business is such a benefit for me and for making a great team together.

The Red Lodge community area is amazing and I am honored to be serving on the Community Food Bank Board. This last year I became the head coach for the high school cheer team and it has been a great experience.

In the past I have served on many Officer Spouse committees and usually volunteering for PTA committees while my three girls were in school.

Some personal accomplishments have been getting my pilots license, acting with the Center Stage for Christ and being the mother of my beautifully smart goal oriented girls who I am incredibly lucky to have in my life. For fun I enjoy camping, hiking and going out on a great ATV adventure.

My goal as a Realtor is to earn your business with willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done right. I want to be the source of updated information and to continue education in my field to guarantee that every transaction I complete is successful. I love what I do and would be grateful for your business.
