I was a business owner for close to 30 years in the Scottsdale/Phoenix Valley with my family’s beverage distributorship. I had been coming to Montana since 1987 with my husband who was from Billings/Red Lodge. We retired and moved to Red Lodge permanently in the mid 90’s. I missed the hustle bustle of the business world so started selling real estate in 2009 with RE/MAX Premier Properties of Red Lodge. Now with RE/MAX of Billings for the past several years, it has been a great fit for me to work both the Billings and Red Lodge markets and surrounding areas. Having enjoyed building and selling our own personal homes throughout the years, real estate has been a natural career for me. I truly love it and working with people. My husband and I enjoy living in the Beartooth Mountains in the Luther area riding our horses, hiking with our two dogs and just taking in the beautiful scenery.
Lyle Dunham has more than forty years of extensive management and ownership experience in the corporate world. His start began as the youngest manager of discount stores in the country. For over ten years Lyle both managed and owned eleven stores throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. He acquired a pilot’s license during that time and flew from one location to another overseeing store operations.
In December 1976 Lyle purchased a wholesale beverage, beer and wine distributorship in Montana. One year later he purchased another distributorship and merged the two. In 1981 Lyle was instrumental in putting a referendum on the Montana ballot to put wine into private distribution allowing consumers to purchase wine in retail stores instead of State controlled stores only.
After a move to Scottsdale, Arizona he and his wife Cindy owned the Miller Beer Distributorship in the Phoenix Valley. During the next ten years Lyle also built and owned cable television systems throughout the Phoenix
In 1998 Lyle and Cindy sold their businesses and retired, living in Hawaii and Montana. It wasn’t long before Lyle realized there was too much he missed about his work in the corporate world and he acquired real estate licenses in Hawaii, Arizona and Montana. He began building on his past experiences and focused on very specific areas of the real estate market.

Additionally, Lyle specializes in ranch and farm acquisitions and sales and enjoys finding the right property for his clients. Lyle now spends most of his time working from his Billings, Montana office.
He is a consistent multi-million dollar producer in new construction, residential resale/investment properties, commercial transactions/leases and land properties. He is an active and busy husband, father of three daughters, a grandfather and philanthropist who enjoys horseback riding, archery, hunting, fly fishing, hiking and camping.
Currently, Lyle enjoys spending time in Montana, Hawaii and Arizona for both business and pleasure.
